Please note that we offer fixed fees for Immigration. The above fees are not inclusive of disbursement or VAT. Should you be liable to pay VAT, this will be added at the usual VAT rate

Disbursements may be required, depending on the type of application you are making. This may include Home Office Application fees, for example £115.00 for a 6 month visit visa, and Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) payments. Some disbursements, such as counsel fees can be subject to VAT. Any likely disbursements will be discussed on your matter and further detailed figures will be provided then as these are subject to change on each and every matter. For the most up to date list of Home Office fees, please refer to the UK Government website.
